I have purchased new builds multiple times and never have I had such a wonderful experience. I loved the fact that I got to meet with Connor to go through the house at an "Owner Orientation" and identify any areas that needed improvement and to learn about what the house had to offer. We met a second time to go over the improvements of the home inspection requests, and any other items caught during the Owner Orientation process. What a relief! Everything was done and I felt ready to close the transaction. Everything was done on-time. Connor was thorough in the Owner Orientation (about 1 hr.) and the final walk through took about 15 minutes. I honestly believe this added customer service sets RiverWILD Homes miles above the rest. Connor and his team (Dan and Josh) really made it happen.

We purchased a new construction home with RiverWILD Homes.  This is an amazing builder with exceptional attention to detail.  We had the opportunity to work with Connor, Josh and Chase and they did an amazing job keeping our new construction build on time!  They watched over our new home from beginning to end and were there keeping all the subs going!  We appreciate the time and effort RiverWILD Homes spent making our dream and reality.  Thank you so much everyone at RiverWILD Homes, but an even bigger THANK YOU to Conner, Josh and Chase for making our home perfect - inside and out!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Connor, Jack and the entire RiverWILD team!!  During the blue tape and final walk throughs, Connor was exceptionally attentive to every detail and took time to make sure all of my questions were answered.  While the items that needed attention were very minor, he helped ensure that every detail was perfect and took the initiative to call out and fix things I hadn't even noticed.  Connor and Jack even threw in a couple of little extras that were especially important to me.  As a first time home owner, the process can be overwhelming at times but I felt very comfortable and confident working with this team.

The inspector even made a point to mention what a great home it was and what a great job the builder did.  Thank you to the RiverWILD team for making my first home buying experience a great one!

Edited to add- move out went well, they aren't good with all tenants (neighbors had lots of issues), but u had no issues and got my deposit back just fine. Great company to rent from.

I haven't moved in yet, so this review may change, but it is such a nice change of pace to have someone helpful either by phone or email to answer your questions and make renting so easy. Ariana has been so polite, friendly, and helpful with my numerous questions. I've applied to so many places where there was no transparency about other applications already in place, and this is the first home I've applied for that we got approved within a day or so. The portal is clear-cut, and the whole process took no time. Usually, I can't get anyone on the phone, let alone someone to tell me if a place is still available.

We finally sold our starter home and closed on our second yesterday after working with Sarah Morris since January. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. Sarah is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend calling her with all of your real estate needs!!

This is our family's second purchase using RiverWild, and I must say the family is envious that we were treated and taken care of so well, we had the Connor effect! LOL. Just like any new construction there are issues, however the true character of a business is, how they take care of the client when there is a problem. I must say, Josh and Connor was exceptional in taking care of my concerns in a timely manner. When it was needed, both Josh and Connor put in their all making our closing day happen.  Connor has a strong desire to do the right thing and then some, if that's possible. Very nice townhouse designed in East River community off of Buffalo Rd.
I enjoy my end unit corner lot that backs to a quiet wooded area.  Maintenance is very prompt when needed. Nice upgraded appliances, fixtures, carpeting and easy to keep clean flooring.

We had an amazing experience with this builder from start to finish. Since they are a local builder, we honestly were not familiar with them at first, but after our realtor suggested we visit one of their homes, we were truly impressed by the quality of their work and attention to detail.

We especially loved the variety of finishes available, the quality of the materials used, and the transparency and flexibility they showed by allowing us to work with our preferred lender. Buying a home can be stressful, but they made the experience feel smooth and well supported.

Throughout the entire process, every question or request we had was addressed almost immediately, and everyone on the team was always kind, professional, and easy to work with. Even during the final walkthrough, they made sure everything was in order and ready for us to comfortably move into our new home.

Rachel Leeworthy has been a blessing to us. With the COVID has been tough. Rachel has pulled us out of every problem . She will always be on our side as buyer's. We rented a house in a community called Riverwood in Clayton for a year with RiverWILD Real Estate. Our home was awesome, they even installed a fence which we paid monthly for.
Blake always made sure anything that needed to be fixed was done so in a timely matter. Connor was always available and friendly. Joan came on board after we were already renting and she was so friendly and quick to return our emails. As of right now our move out hasn’t been completed but I’m 100% sure she will not nickel and dime us like other property management companies. We’ve lived in 13 rentals and RiverWILD Real Estate is the only company I could honestly recommend.

The new Parkview residential development in Clayton is a hidden treasure. My wife and I were looking to buy and found this place. From day one we have had no problems getting a new home built. Smooth sailing every step. I am an electrical contractor so I have been in thousands of developments. This is by far like nothing I have ever seen. After we moved in Meghan and the other office people were very quick to find answers to any question we may have had. We did find very small problems after moving in but Victor, the superintendant, was actually ringing out doorbell within minutes! Show me a builder who does this?
Bottom line.....amazing people. Amazing product. Of you are looking to move you better get here quick because these homes are selling faster than they can build them. The price is more than fair as well.

Don't normally post reviews, but I felt as though RiverWILD Real Estate was a significant part in selling my home. I was long distant from my home in Clayton, NC. I was able to work with Jaclyn and her team to prep the home, agree to a sells price, list, and sell the home quickly.
